India can teach world about health surveillance: Melinda

Asked if she thought the world had learned any lessons from the pandemic, Gates replied, “I hope so… We learnt that we need to have regional hubs for vaccine manufacturing. India did an incredible job with the 2.2 billion vaccine doses that were created here. We need more hubs like that in other places in the world.”
