When ‘remote’ employees top in appraisals

Some organisations are debunking the concept of remote work. But, Axis Bank has said that the lender’s cohort of remote workers, or ‘work-from-anywhere’ (WFA) employees, was awarded higher performance ratings and promotions as compared to its overall population.
