Ahead of Parl session, fresh political row over Pegasus

The controversy over the alleged use of Pegasus spyware for targeting the government's political opponents has returned just ahead of the budget session, with the opposition latching onto the claim of a US newspaper that acquisition of the espionage tool was part of a $2-billion deal signed with Israel in 2017.
